I’m an Indigenous woman, storyteller, wife, auntie and lifelong learner and I believe some of the most meaningful conversations happen when we simply show up as humans.

I speak from my own lived experience about identity, belonging, grief, healing, access, allyship, career and all the messy, beautiful bits in between. I’ve had the privilege of bringing these conversations to spaces including The Curious Coach’s Lemonade Stand, Accelerate Her Future, Women in Communications and Technology, Wavemakers, just to name a few, as well as corporate and community events.

I don’t come with all the answers. I come with a story, a perspective, a little humour, sometimes a little spice, and an invitation to have the conversation we might otherwise avoid.

Because my medicine is story and sometimes the right story, shared at the right time, reminds someone they’re not alone.
