Website: https://teawithstarrlee.com

  1. About these Terms

This website and the services described here are operated by Starrlee DeGrace doing business as Tea With Starrlee (“Tea With Starrlee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit our website, book a Virtual Tea, purchase a digital product, register for a workshop or event, or use our services.

By using the website or completing a booking or purchase, you agree to the applicable terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our services.

    Contact: teawithstarrlee2026@outlook.com

  2. What Tea With Starrlee offers

Tea With Starrlee provides professional conversations, mentorship-style services, career and leadership resources, workshops, speaking engagements, digital products, and related learning opportunities.

Our services are intended to support reflection, learning, professional development, and informed decision-making. They are not a promise of a particular result.

  3. No guaranteed outcomes

    Your results are your responsibility.

We do not guarantee employment, promotions, interviews, income, business growth, career advancement, improved workplace relationships, or any other particular outcome from using our services or materials.

Your results depend on many factors, including your circumstances, decisions, actions, experience, and factors outside our control. Any examples, testimonials, or success stories illustrate individual experiences and are not promises that you will achieve the same results.

You are responsible for evaluating any guidance or information we provide and deciding whether and how to apply it. Our services are educational and developmental, not legal, financial, medical, psychological, tax, or other regulated professional advice.

  4. Bookings and Virtual Teas

A booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation from our booking system or from us.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, checking the session date and time zone, and attending using the instructions provided. If you arrive late, your session may still end at the scheduled time.

Unless expressly included in the offer, a booking does not include ongoing access, unlimited follow-up, written reports, or additional services beyond the confirmed session.

Free introductory sessions are subject to availability and any eligibility limits stated when booking.

  5. Cancellations and refunds

Paid Virtual Teas — proposed standard policy

    • Cancel or request a reschedule at least 48 hours before your session: you may request a refund or one reschedule, subject to availability.

    • Cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend: the booking is ordinarily non-refundable, although we may consider exceptions.

    • If we cancel: you may choose a rescheduled session or a refund of the amount paid for that session.

      Workshops and events
The event listing or registration page will explain any event-specific cancellation and refund conditions before you pay. If we cancel an event, we will provide an appropriate refund or other remedy as required by law.

      Digital products

You may request a voluntary refund within seven calendar days of purchase if you have not downloaded, accessed, or used the product. Once a product has been accessed or downloaded, a voluntary refund may ordinarily be declined, except where a product is defective, materially misdescribed, or a refund or other remedy is required by law.

To request a cancellation, reschedule, or refund, contact teawithstarrlee2026@outlook.com with your name and booking or order reference.

These policies do not remove any consumer rights or cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded.

  6. Prices and payments

Prices, currency, applicable taxes, and any additional charges will be shown before you complete a purchase, as required by law.

Payment is due according to the checkout, booking, invoice, or proposal terms provided for the specific purchase. A booking or product may not be provided until payment has been confirmed, unless we agree otherwise.

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another provider identified at checkout. Payment providers handle payment information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not intend to store full payment-card numbers or security codes through ordinary website forms.

We are responsible for administering our own bookings, delivering the services and products we have agreed to provide, and addressing refund requests in accordance with our stated policies and applicable law. A third-party payment provider’s involvement does not remove our legal obligations to you.

If you believe a payment is incorrect or unauthorized, contact us promptly at teawithstarrlee2026@outlook.com You may also contact your payment provider where appropriate.

  1. Digital products and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, newsletters, workbooks, frameworks, graphics, branding, and other original Tea With Starrlee materials are owned by or licensed to Tea With Starrlee.

Purchasing or downloading a digital product gives you a limited, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal learning and reflection, unless the product description expressly grants broader rights.

You may not resell, reproduce, distribute, publicly upload, sublicense, or commercially exploit our materials without our written permission, except as permitted by law.

You retain ownership of testimonials or other content you create. If you provide content for promotional use, we will seek appropriate permission before publishing identifiable material, unless you have already clearly authorized that use.

  2. Respectful participation

We aim to provide a respectful environment for professional conversations and learning. You agree not to harass, threaten, discriminate against, or knowingly misuse our services or materials.

Please avoid sharing confidential employer information, trade secrets, or personal information about other people unless you have permission and a legitimate reason to do so.

We may end a session or restrict participation where conduct is abusive, threatening, unlawful, or materially disruptive. Any refund will be considered in light of the circumstances and applicable law.

  3. Privacy and information you provide

We collect and use personal information to respond to inquiries, manage bookings, process payments, deliver products, administer events, send requested communications, protect our website, and operate our business.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and disclose it, how long we retain it, the role of service providers, and how you can make privacy requests.

We take reasonable steps to safeguard personal information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Nothing in these Terms removes our obligations under applicable privacy law.

  4. Website and third-party services

We aim to keep our website and services accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every technical feature will always be error-free.

Our website may link to or use third-party services, including booking, payment, email, event, or digital-delivery platforms. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party services to the extent that their conduct is outside our reasonable control.

  5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tea With Starrlee is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website, services, or materials, including loss of profits, opportunities, or anticipated results.

We do not guarantee personal, professional, or business outcomes. You remain responsible for your decisions and for how you use information or resources we provide.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights, statutory warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be restricted.

  6. Changes to services or these Terms

We may change our website, offerings, prices, or these Terms for future use. The version applicable to a confirmed booking or completed purchase will generally be the version in effect when you entered into the agreement, together with any specific terms agreed for that transaction, subject to applicable law.

We will post updated Terms with a revised effective date. Where a material change affects an existing agreement, we will handle it in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.

  7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts with authority to hear it, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights.
